Warranty Coverage

  • We provide a 30 Days Checking Warranty on all laptops sold.
  • Warranty is valid only if the laptop is fully functional at the time of purchase.
  • During this period, we cover genuine hardware issues (except those mentioned in exclusions).

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Customers can request a Return or Exchange within 7 Days of purchase.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with original packaging, documents, and accessories.
  • Return/Exchange will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, damage, scratches, or missing parts.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty and return policy does not cover:

  • Laptops that are completely dead on arrival.
  • Any physical damage (drops, cracks, broken parts).
  • Burnt or short-circuited components.
  • Liquid damage (spillage of water or other fluids).
  • Any damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs/modifications.

Online Order Returns

  • For online orders, if you request a return or exchange, delivery charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • In case of warranty claims, delivery charges will depend on the situation and case evaluation.
