A couple of weeks ago, I bought an HP EliteBook 845 G8 from Dossani Computers. The second-hand device was in excellent condition. Of course, with a second-hand device, some battery wear and tear is to be expected — nevertheless, I'm getting a little over 2 hours of usage, which is reasonable.

The laptop itself is splendid. It has a vibrant touch display and, as a cherry on top, features face unlock. The speakers also offer impressive sound quality.

What’s particularly noteworthy about Dossani Computers is their after-sales support. Unlike numerous other shops selling laptops, Dossani Computers values trust and reliability above all — taking a step further to make every client feel truly valued.

I had some concerns about the genuineness of the charger that came with the laptop. I visited Arsalan Bhai at the outlet, and to my surprise, he replaced the charger without hesitation — giving me exactly the one I was looking for. Moreover, my laptop had a few keyboard issues. Along with replacing the charger, they also fixed the keys. Unfortunately, the issue reoccurred once I got home and used the laptop. I called Arsalan Bhai to explain, and he assured me not to worry — saying he'd send someone to my house to take a look. Two days later, Moiz Bhai visited and replaced all the problematic keys on the device. The spacebar is slightly unresponsive near the outer 15% on both sides, which makes it feel a bit less snappy. But considering it's a second-hand laptop, that's understandable — and overall, it still works just fine.

These traits show that Dossani Computers is not just a shop — it’s a symbol of reliability and authenticity. Last but not least, I’d like to thank Ali Bhai, from whom I bought the laptop, for being incredibly supportive. Most of all, I truly appreciate Arsalan Bhai for extending his utmost support throughout the process.
